The profile and the map
Categories, services, hours, photographs and the service area set to the parts of Victoria you genuinely cover. The map pack is decided mostly here, and it is where the first calls come from.
British Columbia
Greater Victoria is thirteen municipalities, and people search by the one they live in. Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Langford, Colwood and Sidney each have their own map, and the Westshore has grown so fast that many of its residents search for every service from scratch. A profile pinned downtown misses most of them.
Up and Running Physical Therapy, Mar 2023 to Mar 2024, from their own Search Console.
We build the profile and the pages for the municipalities you serve, the service pages that win the region-wide searches, and the reviews that decide the map. Visitors fill the downtown and the harbour in summer, and the rest of the year the searches come from an older, settled population that reads reviews carefully. Every enquiry shows in your own Search Console.
The provincial government, the navy base, tourism, the university and colleges, healthcare and a growing tech sector, with a large retired population. Dentists, clinics, physiotherapists, law firms, accountants, contractors, landscapers and restaurants make up most of the search demand.
The searches take these shapes. The words in brackets are whatever the searcher puts there: the service, the neighbourhood, the thing that has just gone wrong.

One page per service people search for, and one per neighbourhood or town you serve, each written about that place rather than a name swapped into a template.
Review requests at the right moment, replies to every review, and your name, address and number identical on the directories that matter in Canada.
Everything is built in accounts in your name. The monthly report comes from your own Search Console and your own enquiry records: the searches you appear for and the calls and bookings behind them.
Each of these has its own page, with the searches, the problems and the monthly work written for that trade or practice.
SEO happens in your accounts and on your website, so nobody needs to visit. We scope the work on a video call in your hours, send a written quote, and then work month by month with a call whenever you want one. The result is judged on the enquiries in your own records, never on a ranking report.
Every number below is from the client’s own Google Search Console, for the period shown. Impressions are how often the site appeared; clicks are people who arrived. What each visit is worth is your sales process, not ours, so these are the visits we can prove rather than a conversion figure we cannot.

For the municipalities you serve, yes. They are separate searches and Google treats them as separate places. Each page is written about that municipality, with a matching service area on the profile.
It changes what they read before they call. Older customers in Oak Bay and Saanich read the reviews and the about page carefully and often phone rather than book online, so the profile leads with a phone number, real replies to reviews and plain answers to the questions they ask.
