What we do not promise
We do not promise inbox placement or that a blocklist will delist you. Mailbox providers and list operators decide. We work to the rules they publish and to the standards behind them, and we show before and after test results so you can see what changed.
Questions from agencies
Is the work really white-label?
Yes. Reports and messages are written without Passieon branding unless you ask for it, and we deal only with you, never your client, unless you introduce us.
Can you work inside Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist?
We review mailbox settings, volumes and rotation by looking at read-only exports or screens you share with us. Giving us access to your sending platform is your choice, and we ask for the least access that does the job.
Will you guarantee my open and reply rates recover?
No. Open and reply rates depend on your list, your copy and your offer as well as on the infrastructure. We can find and fix infrastructure problems and tell you plainly what else looks off.
Do you buy domains or mailboxes?
No. We audit and advise on what you have. We do not resell mailboxes or lists.
How do you check blocklists?
With public DNS blocklist lookups. Some blocklists limit free queries, so for large fleets we pace the checks and say in the report which lists could not be checked.
Is Passieon connected to Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Google or Microsoft?
No. Passieon is an independent agency with no connection to any of these companies.
