White label SEO

The same work delivered under your agency's name, with reports you can forward as your own. Your clients never hear from us and never see us.

Most agencies that sell SEO do not want to hire for it. The work is specialised, it is unglamorous, and one good person costs more than the margin on three retainers. White label solves that: you keep the client relationship and the invoice, and the work is done by people you do not have to manage.

This is a large part of what we already do. It is also the thing agencies most often ask for as a single job first, usually an audit for one client, before deciding whether to resell anything ongoing. That is a sensible way to start and we are happy to work that way.

What gets delivered under your name

White label SEO audits

A full read of a client site with every issue ordered by what it is costing them in lost enquiries, written in plain language a non-technical client can act on. Your logo, your colours, your file name. This is the most requested thing on this page and it is often how an agency starts: one audit for one client, before anything ongoing.

White label local SEO

Google Business Profile work, citations, location pages and review handling for your clients, delivered as your own local team. The part most agencies have nobody in-house for and the part that moves a local client fastest.

Technical fixes

Crawl errors, indexing, speed, structured data and safe migrations, done on the client site or handed to your developers as a written list, whichever you prefer.

Content written by people

Service pages and articles researched from the search results and edited for accuracy. Written to be quoted by an AI assistant as well as read by a person. Nothing machine-generated is published unedited.

Links earned, not bought

Outreach and guest content on sites relevant to the client. No networks and no paid placements, because the damage from those lands on your client and your name is on the invoice.

Reports you can forward

Built from the client’s own Search Console and Analytics, in your branding, listing every change made that month and what is planned next. Send it as it arrives or paste it into your own template.

What we will not do, even under your name

Two things, and they are refused on every account. We do not buy links from networks, because Google has penalised sites for that since 2012 and the sites we inherit from other agencies still carry the damage. And we do not publish machine-written articles unedited, because they do not rank for long and they make a business look careless. Under a white label arrangement both of those would land on your client and your name would be on them, which is exactly why the answer is no.

Who this works for

  • Web design studios whose clients keep asking why the new site is not ranking
  • Paid-ads agencies wanting an organic line without hiring for it
  • Marketing agencies with one SEO person who is now the bottleneck
  • Consultants who win the client and need somebody to deliver the work

The SEO audit service page explains what a full audit covers, and the SEO services page explains what a month of ongoing work includes.

Results from real clients

Every number below is from the client’s own Google Search Console, for the period shown. Impressions are how often the site appeared; clicks are people who arrived. What each visit is worth is your sales process, not ours, so these are the visits we can prove rather than a conversion figure we cannot.

How an agency engagement works

There is no package to pick from. What the site needs is decided on a call and written down before any work starts, because a business with one location and a clean site needs a different month to an agency reselling to twelve clients.

  1. 01

A call, before anything is quoted

Thirty minutes on what you sell, where you sell it, and what the site looks like today. No scope is written before that conversation, because the right work depends on all three.

  2. 02

    A written scope and quote

What will be done, in what order, and what it costs, in writing. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.

  3. 03

    Month to month from there

The work runs monthly and the scope changes as the site does. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

True of every engagement

  • Search Console and Analytics set up in your name, so the data is yours
  • No lock-in: month to month, cancel with 30 days’ notice
  • One person you can email, in your working hours
  • Every change listed in the monthly report

Questions agencies ask

What does the client see?

Your name on everything. We do not contact your client, we are not named in the reports, and nothing we produce carries our branding. If you want us on a call we join as your team.

Can I start with a single white label audit?

Yes, and most agencies do. One audit for one client, delivered in your branding, is the usual first job. It tells you whether the work is worth reselling before you commit to anything ongoing.

How is a white label audit different from a free tool report?

A tool prints every issue it can detect, in its own order, with no view on which ones matter. The audit is read by a person and ordered by what each issue is costing the client in enquiries, so your account manager can walk a client through it without translating anything.

Do you work with my developers or on the site directly?

Either. Some agencies give us access, others take a written fix list for their own team. The list is written to be handed over without us present.

How do I price it to my client?

However you like. We quote you and what you charge on top is your business. No prices are published on this site because the right scope depends on the client, the market and how much the site needs fixing first.

What happens if a client leaves?

Search Console and Analytics are set up in the client’s name, so their data stays with them and with you. Nothing is locked to us.
