SEO for real estate agents

Buyers search the portals. Sellers search Google: best real estate agent in a neighborhood, how much is my house worth, property managers near me. Those are the searches that bring listings, and they are the ones an agency website can actually win.

The agencies that rank have a page for every neighborhood they list in, with real sales, real prices and the agent who covers it. The rest have a homepage that says Local Experts and a link to their portal profile.

Searches we build for, with the place name your customers use:

  • real estate agents [neighborhood]
  • home valuation [neighborhood]
  • property management [city]
  • sell my house [neighborhood]

What stops real estate agents getting enquiries

Three problems we find on nearly every real estate agent website we audit, and what we do about each.

  1. Neighborhood pages that are all the same

A template page with the neighborhood name swapped in ranks for nothing. Each page needs the sales, the streets, the schools and the agent who knows them.

  2. Listings that vanish

Sold listings get deleted, taking their links and their ranking history with them. A sold page with the result on it keeps ranking and proves the agency’s record.

  3. Agent profiles hidden on the portal

The agent’s name is searched more than the agency’s. Without a profile page on your own site, that search goes to the portal or a competitor.

  • An agent with a phone in front of a row of storefronts, with listing cards and reviews beside her

What you get each month

  • One neighborhood or service page each month, written with the agent who covers it
  • Sold-listing pages kept live with results, and a market update article each quarter
  • Google Business Profile for the office and each agent who wants one
  • Citations on property directories and local business listings
  • Technical work: listing feed indexing, speed on image-heavy pages, schema for the agency and agents
  • Monthly Search Console report by neighborhood

How pricing works

A single office with five to ten neighborhoods fits Growth. Multi-office agencies and property management arms need Scale. We scope the package on a call and send a written quote before anything starts. The full list of work in each is on the packages page, and the affordable SEO service page explains why the price is lower than a local agency.

Results from real clients

Every number below is from the client’s own Google Search Console, for the period shown. Impressions are how often the site appeared; clicks are people who arrived. What each visit is worth is your sales process, not ours, so these are the visits we can prove rather than a conversion figure we cannot.

Questions real estate agents ask us

Can we outrank the portals?

For buyer searches, no, and we do not try. For seller and landlord searches (valuation, agent in a neighborhood, property management) an agency site with proper neighborhood pages regularly beats them.

Do you write neighborhood pages?

Yes, from a short interview with the listing agent and public sales data. The agent signs off each page.

What about our listings feed?

We check that listing pages are indexable, that sold pages stay live and that the feed does not create thousands of duplicate URLs. Those three fixes are the most common technical wins for agencies.

Do you handle agent profiles?

Yes. Each agent gets a profile page with their sales, neighborhoods and reviews, plus a Google Business Profile if they want one.
