The profile and the map
Categories, services, hours, photographs and the service area set to the parts of Brighton you genuinely cover. The map pack is decided mostly here, and it is where the first calls come from.
East Sussex, England
Brighton has more searches per head for restaurants, salons, therapists and creative studios than almost any city its size, and a visitor economy that searches from a phone on the seafront. The businesses that show up in the map with recent photographs and a booking link take the trade; the ones with a beautiful website and an empty profile watch it go past.
We build for the way Brighton searches: the profile that decides the map, a page for each service and each neighbourhood from Kemptown to Hove, and reviews asked for at the right moment. You see the bookings and calls in your own accounts.
Hospitality, creative and digital agencies, wellbeing and therapy practices, language schools and a large seasonal visitor trade. Many of the searches are made by people who arrived that morning, which makes the map pack and the reviews matter more here than in most cities.
The searches take these shapes. The words in brackets are whatever the searcher puts there: the service, the neighbourhood, the thing that has just gone wrong.

One page per service people search for, and one per neighbourhood or town you serve, each written about that place rather than a name swapped into a template.
Review requests at the right moment, replies to every review, and your name, address and number identical on the directories that matter in the UK.
Everything is built in accounts in your name. The monthly report comes from your own Search Console and your own enquiry records: the searches you appear for and the calls and bookings behind them.
Each of these has its own page, with the searches, the problems and the monthly work written for that trade or practice.
SEO happens in your accounts and on your website, so nobody needs to visit. We scope the work on a video call in your hours, send a written quote, and then work month by month with a call whenever you want one. The result is judged on the enquiries in your own records, never on a ranking report.
Every number below is from the client’s own Google Search Console, for the period shown. Impressions are how often the site appeared; clicks are people who arrived. What each visit is worth is your sales process, not ours, so these are the visits we can prove rather than a conversion figure we cannot.

Yes. Visitor searches peak from spring to early autumn and are made on the day, so the profile, the photographs and the reviews carry more weight than the website. Local searches for treatments and services run all year and are won by pages.
It matters to Google, which treats them as different places in the map. A profile and a page for Hove rank in Hove; a Brighton page does not, however good it is.
