White label web design and development for agencies

An agency that sells websites without its own build team usually has two poor options: freelancers who disappear halfway through, or a white label supplier whose sites look fine and need an SEO rescue three months after launch. Your client cannot tell a design fault from a search fault. They know the site was yours.

96 to 99 out of 100 for mobile speed

PageSpeed Insights on the home pages of the 7 sites we link as our work, 14 Oct 2026.

We build websites under your agency’s name: designed to your brief or built from your designer’s files, on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or a custom stack, and launched with the SEO foundations in place. Your client never hears from us unless you want them to.

How the arrangement works

Your name on everything

We do not contact your client, and our name is not in the site, the code or the handover documents. If you want us on a call, we join as your team.

Your designs or ours

We build from your designer’s Figma files, or design to your brief for you to present as your own.

One contact, in writing

A named person on our side, updates written so you can forward them, and staging links your client can review.

SEO from the same team

We also run white label SEO, so a site we build is ready for the SEO you sell afterwards instead of starting with a clean-up month.

What we build for agencies

  • Full site builds

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and custom builds, from page map to launch.

  • Design to build

Your designer’s files built faithfully, working at every screen width, with the accessibility the design may not have specified.

  • Redesigns and migrations

With the redirect map and the launch monitoring that protect the pages your client’s site already earns from.

  • Overflow and fixes

Development tasks on your clients’ existing sites when your own team is full.

How the SEO and the build work together

Most white label web design is sold as design and handed over with the SEO left to whoever comes next. Our builds launch with titles, descriptions, headings, schema, a clean sitemap and the redirects done, speed measured on a phone and accessibility checked.

If you also sell SEO to the client, the site does not start with a clean-up month, and if you resell ours, it is the same team on both.

The SEO side of the arrangement is on white label SEO, including local SEO and audits under your brand.

Built in from the start

  • No Passieon branding in the site, the code or the handover documents
  • Work done in your accounts, or handed over to them at launch
  • Staging links your client can review, with no mention of us
  • Written updates you can forward as your own
  • SEO foundations and launch checks on every build
  • A quote in writing from the brief, before any work starts

On top of the speed, accessibility, SEO, hosting handover and training that come with every build.

Examples

None of the sites we can link was built under another agency’s name, which is the whole point of the arrangement on this page. The sites we have built under our own name are on the web design services page.

Usually considered alongside

How a build runs, from brief to launch

Six stages on every site, whichever platform it is built on. The scope and the quote are agreed in writing after the first call, before any design starts.

  1. 01

    The brief, on a call

What the site has to do, who it is for and what exists today. If there is a site already, we read its Search Console first, because the pages earning impressions decide what the new one must keep.

  2. 02

A page map before any design

Every page listed with the search it answers and the action it asks for. On a redesign, every old URL is written beside its new home. You sign the map off before design starts.

  3. 03

    Design on real content

Pages designed with your actual words and pictures, at phone width first. You review in the browser, on a staging address search engines are told to ignore.

  4. 04

Build, with the SEO written in

Titles, descriptions, headings, schema and internal links are written as each page is built, so nothing is added at the end by somebody who never saw the page map.

  5. 05

    Checks before launch

Speed measured on a phone, every page at 320px wide and at 200 percent text, keyboard and screen reader checks, forms sent and received, redirects tested against the new build.

  6. 06

    Launch, handover and training

The switch, then Search Console read daily for two weeks. The domain, hosting and logins stay in your name, with a written note of how the site is built and a recorded session on editing it.

What every build includes

  • Speed

Measured in PageSpeed Insights on a phone before launch. Images sized for the slots they fill, fonts that do not block the page, no script a page does not use.

  • Accessibility

Colour contrast, keyboard use, visible focus, alt text written for each picture, 44px tap targets on phones, and every page readable at 200 percent text.

  • SEO foundations

One title, description and H1 per page, schema, a sitemap that matches the site, clean URLs, redirects from every old address, and Search Console set up in your name.

  • Hosting handover

The domain, the hosting and every login in your name. We set the site up on your host, recommend one, or host it for you; either way you can move it.

  • Training

A recorded call showing whoever edits the site how to change a page, add a post and swap a picture, and a short written guide to keep beside it.

  • Two weeks after launch

Search Console, forms and errors checked daily for the first fortnight, and anything the launch broke fixed straight away.

Questions from agencies

Will our client know you built the site?

No, unless you tell them. Our name is not in the site, the code, the staging links or the documents we hand over, and we do not contact your client. If you want us on a call, we join as your team.

Can you build from our designer’s files?

Yes. Figma is the easiest to work from, and we build to the design at every screen width, raising anything that will not work on a phone or fails an accessibility check before it is built rather than after.

Which platforms do you build on?

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, HubSpot CMS and Drupal, and custom builds with Astro, Next.js or React. Each has its own page under web design on this site.

How is the work quoted?

Per project, in writing, from the brief, before anything starts. You know your cost before you quote your client, and what you charge on top is your business.
