Cyprus is small, and the English-language results are a separate and much thinner set from the Greek-language ones. That is the opportunity and the limit in one sentence: this work is the English side, and there is far less competing on it.
Most Cypriot businesses also serve two audiences at once, local and international, on one set of pages. Separating them is usually the first structural fix, because the two groups search with different words for the same service.
How the work is done
The profile is the product
Categories decide which searches you are eligible for at all, and most profiles have one when they could have five. Services, attributes, opening hours and the question-and-answer section are all ranking inputs and all sit empty on most profiles. This is the first thing we work through and it is the part that moves fastest.
A page for each place you actually serve
One page listing twelve towns in a footer ranks for none of them. A page per area you genuinely send somebody to, written about that area, ranks for each. The test is whether you would take the job: pages for places you cannot serve cost more than they earn and they read as false to a buyer.
Citations, which are boring and still matter
Your name, address and phone number have to match everywhere they appear. They usually do not, because a business moves, changes a number, or gets listed by somebody else with the old details. Cleaning that up is unglamorous and it is one of the few things that reliably moves a stubborn map ranking.
Reviews, asked for properly
Volume, recency and whether you reply all feed the ranking, and all three are within your control. We set up the asking so it happens without anybody remembering, and the replies get written.
What is different about search in Cyprus
Two audiences, two sets of pages
A firm selling locally and internationally needs pages for each. One page trying to speak to both usually converts neither and ranks for neither.
English search is its own market here
The English-language results are a separate, thinner set from the Greek-language ones. This work is the English side, and that is said plainly rather than implied.
The basics are still unclaimed
Maintained profiles, real service pages and a site that loads quickly are not universal here. That is unusual and it does not last.
Searches in Cyprus run on google.com.cy, which returns a
different result set to google.com. Work is checked against the one your customers
actually use.
What you get
Google Business Profile: categories, services, hours, attributes, weekly posts and photographs
Every review replied to, and a process so new ones keep arriving
Citation audit and clean-up so your details match everywhere
A page for each area you genuinely serve, written about that area
Local schema so a search engine can read the business, not guess it
A monthly report from your own Search Console and your profile insights
Every number below is from the client’s own Google Search Console, for the period shown. Impressions are how often the site appeared; clicks are people who arrived. What each visit is worth is your sales process, not ours, so these are the visits we can prove rather than a conversion figure we cannot.

How the engagement works
There is no package to pick from. What the site needs is decided on a call and written
down before any work starts, because a business with one location and a clean site needs
a different month to an agency reselling to twelve clients.
01
A call, before anything is quoted
Thirty minutes on what you sell, where you sell it, and what the site looks like today. No scope is written before that conversation, because the right work depends on all three.
02
A written scope and quote
What will be done, in what order, and what it costs, in writing. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
03
Month to month from there
The work runs monthly and the scope changes as the site does. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
True of every engagement
Search Console and Analytics set up in your name, so the data is yours
No lock-in: month to month, cancel with 30 days’ notice
Profile work often shows within four to eight weeks because so few competitors maintain theirs. Area pages take three to six months. Citation clean-up shows up slowly and mostly by removing a ceiling rather than by lifting you.
Do I need a page for every town near me?
No, and it is the commonest way this goes wrong. A page for a place you would not actually travel to is a page that earns nothing and makes the rest of the site look padded. Pages follow where you genuinely send someone.
Can you fix a profile that is suspended?
Usually, and the first step is finding out why, which is often a category or an address problem rather than anything you did. It is handled case by case and we will tell you honestly if it looks unlikely.
We have several locations. Is that different?
Yes. Each location needs its own profile and its own page, and the failure mode is one page and one profile trying to cover all of them.
Do you work in Greek?
No. English-language search only. A Greek campaign needs a native writer, and machine-translated pages read as translated, which is worse than not having them.
Is Cyprus too small to be worth it?
It depends what an enquiry is worth to you. For professional services and property, a handful of enquiries a month from search can be the whole case.
Can you help a Cyprus business sell internationally?
Yes, and that is often the bigger opportunity. It is a different page set from the local one and the call is where we work out which comes first.
